Davis Community Housing Authority (DCHA) is a local, independent non-profit organization that has served the Davis County community since 1972. We administer a wide variety of programs in our continuing effort to meet the need for affordable housing. We own and manage several apartment complexes and single-family dwellings throughout the county, as well as administer federal housing programs for the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), including the Public Housing program and Section 8 Housing Choice Vouchers.
The mission of Davis Community Housing Authority (DCHA) is to monitor the needs of the low-income population, provide safe, decent, sanitary and affordable housing, maintain a superior level of public service to the community, and be a catalyst toward resident independence (self-sufficiency).
